King Of Bhutan To Enhance Relations With India

His Majesty Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, the King of Bhutan, will travel to India on December 5-6, 2024, alongside Her Majesty Jetsun Pema Wangchuck and senior officials from Bhutan. This visit emphasizes the distinctive and lasting bond between the two countries, founded on reciprocal respect and confidence. His Majesty is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to talk about enhancing cooperation in different areas. External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar along with senior Indian officials will also meet with the King, highlighting the significance of these elevated discussions.
