Athos Salome, globally recognized as the ‘Living Nostradamus,’ has predicted a terrifying prophecy of World War III. According to the Brazilian psychic, sabotage and hybrid wars are propelling the world in the direction of a great conflict, with do-or-die moments already passing this year.
Athos Salome, who became popular for his previous forecasts of significant global events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, is calling on people to “pay attention to the signs” as tensions rise globally.
Undersea Cable Destruction Raises Concerns
One of the primary incidents Athos Salome refers to is the destruction of an underwater fiber optic cable linking Latvia and Sweden earlier this year. He considers this to be potentially part of a greater hybrid warfare strategy already impacting global stability.
“These attacks continue to happen, which has led NATO to increase security measures in the area, while the European Union develops emergency procedures to protect critical infrastructure,” Salome was cited as saying by Mirror.
He underlined the significance of submarine cables, terming them a backbone for modern communication and world stability.
“Submarine cables maintain the modern communications infrastructure as its fundamental elements. When these structures are destroyed, they produce digital blackouts that jeopardise military capabilities and also cause major economic instability,” he clarified.
Rising Global Tensions
Athos Salome cautioned that such interruptions would unleash a domino effect, paving the way for more clashes. He also forecast rising tensions between China and Russia, especially in the South China Sea.
“Today, we live in an era of hybrid warfare, where the destruction of an internet cable can have just as devastating implications as a military attack. If the destruction of the cables in the Baltic really is an act of sabotage, what will NATO’s response be? How will Russia react to a possible formal indictment? And, most importantly, how far could this escalation take us?” he asked.
Salome’s warnings draw comparisons to Nostradamus, the 16th-century French astrologer and physician known for predicting major world events. Whether his latest prediction materializes remains uncertain, but his insights have sparked discussions about the fragility of global peace and security.
