A tragic incident occurred at a Burger King outlet in Rajouri Garden on Tuesday evening when a 26-year-old man, Aman Joon from Jhajjar in Haryana, was shot multiple times by a group of men. The harrowing event was captured on the restaurant’s CCTV camera, revealing the moments leading up to and following the attack.

The murder, which is believed to be part of a gang rivalry, was later claimed on social media by gangster Himanshu Bhau. The video shows two hitmen posing as diners before opening fire on Joon. Within seconds, the terrified customers and staff scrambled to escape as the gunmen shot Joon multiple times at point-blank range.

The sequence of events began with a woman entering the restaurant and occupying a table. Joon joined her shortly after. After placing their order at the counter, the woman returned to the table with their food. Shortly after, two men, one in a white shirt and the other in a red t-shirt, entered the restaurant, placed an order, and sat at a table behind Joon and the woman. Instead of sitting down, they abruptly turned and began shooting Joon.

A case under Section 302 (punishment for murder) of the Indian Penal Code was registered, and an investigation has commenced, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Vichitra Veer. The three suspects, including the woman dining with the victim, have been identified. Investigators are probing the murder as part of a gang war after gangster Himanshu Bhau claimed responsibility for the attack on social media.

In a social media post on Tuesday night, Himanshu Bhau stated that members of his gang were responsible for the crime, citing it as revenge for the murder of their associate Shakti Dad. Joon is suspected to be associated with the Ashok Pradhan gang, which has a longstanding rivalry with Bhau’s gang.
