Breaking: India’s ‘Tit For Tat’ Drone Attack On Lahore After Pakistan’s Drone Attack On Jammu

India launches drone attack on Lahore. Tensions between India and Pakistan escalated sharply on Thursday after India shot down a Pakistani F-16 fighter jet that attempted an air incursion over Jammu. In a strong retaliatory move, India also launched drone strikes on key military installations in Lahore, signaling a significant escalation in cross-border conflict. The Pakistani aircraft, reportedly stationed at Sargodha airbase, was intercepted as it tried to target the Jammu Airport.

Soon after the aerial confrontation, India extended its response westward by deploying drones that struck strategic locations in Lahore. Meanwhile, heavy live firing was reported along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district. Pakistani forces allegedly initiated unprovoked fire in the Tangdhar sector, prompting Indian forces to respond decisively. Residents of border villages reported panic as the exchange intensified.

According to initial reports, Indian troops launched a robust counteroffensive following Pakistan’s aggression. Both countries have reportedly placed their armed forces on high alert as the situation remains tense.
