Though political activities have gathered pace ahead of the Lok Sabha polls of 2024 and, especially after the recently held meeting of the Opposition parties in Patna, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) president Om Prakash Rajbhar said that the Third Front will not be in a position to compete with the BJP in the absence of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), led by Mayawati.
This statement of SBSP chief has opened up new dimensions for the Third Front, and regarding his often-sharp reaction to the SP, he said that in 2013, despite the order of the Supreme Court regarding caste-based riots, the Akhilesh government did not get it done and as I am a yogi, I cannot blame the Samajwadi Party (SP) supremo.
Rajbhar also added that today, everybody has become selfish as whoever gets chance, s/he tries to cash in on the situation.
Om Prakash Rajbhar, who is famous for his claims, has cleared the stand of being with the BSP in the Lok Sabha elections and said that Mayawati is the key to the success of the Third Front.
On the other hand, he has also not completely rejected his chance of aligning with the BJP. Regarding his joining the Third Front, he said that only time will tell.
But if the BSP-Rajbhar combination becomes a reality, then the result will be shocking. Similar statements have also been given by the BSP so far.
On the other hand, BSP has made big changes in its traditional political strategy, whether it is about infusing young blood in Chhattisgarh or strategic changes in the party ahead of the Lok Sabha polls of 2024.
