Telangana MLA Raja Singh’s advocate Karuna Sagar claims to get two threat calls from unidentified persons on Wednesday.

“The callers were directly threatening to kill me. A caller was also abusing me in filthy language. This is why because I am defending MLA Raja Singh. I dialed 100 and informed the police about it,” said Sagar.

As per Sagar’s claim, he was being threatened for defending Singh. “Since 2010, I have been receiving threatening calls, and based on my complaints police have registered about 8-10 FIRs. People have been arrested based on my complaints and two people are serving jail terms also,” Sagar added.

Meanwhile, two lawyers have been killed in Telangana in recent times. On Tuesday T Raja Singh was released after the ACMM court returned his demand application.

Earlier in the day, in the alleged derogatory comments against Prophet Muhammad accused T Raja Singh was produced before the Nampally Court in Hyderabad.

After making derogatory comments against Prophet Muhammad Singh was suspended from BJP.

“You have expressed views contrary to the Party’s position on various matters, which is in clear violation of Rule XXV. 10 (a) of the constitution of the Bharatiya Janata Party,” the suspension letter reads.

The head of the disciplinary committee Om Pathak wrote the suspension letter and said, “I have been directed to convey to you that pending further inquiry, you are suspended from the party and from your responsibilities/assignments if any, with immediate effect. Please also show cause within 10 days from the date of this notice as to why should you not be expelled from the party. Your detailed reply must reach the undersigned no later than 2nd of September 2022.”

However, at the Dabeerpura Police Station FIR was registered against T Raja Singh under IPC sections 153A, 295, and 505.
