Kunja Satyavathi, a former Bhadrachalam MLA and BJP politician, died in the early hours of Monday. According to reports, she died while being transported to the hospital by family members owing to acute chest pain. She was elected as an MLA on the Congress platform and served from 2009 until 2014. She afterwards became a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Several important leaders offered their condolences on her death, including Union Minister and Telangana BJP Chief Kishan Reddy, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Revanth Reddy, and others.
