People feel apprehensive about stepping out of their homes or visiting parks.In several previous assembly meetings, the issue of dog attacks has been highlighted. Harpreet Kaur Babla, a councilor, mentioned in a meeting two months ago that Sector-28, where the city’s mayor and former central minister reside, has reported the highest number of dog bite cases. This problem is being taken lightly by some. People across the city are troubled by dogs. It’s a blemish on the smart city concept.
