Meanwhile, Delhi adorns itself with posters featuring PM-designate Narendra Modi, reflecting the excitement surrounding his upcoming inauguration. This marks the commencement of Modi’s third consecutive term, akin to the electoral success of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.

As preparations unfold, Delhi gears up with approximately 1,100 traffic police personnel deployed to manage traffic movement. Route arrangements have been made for delegates attending the ceremony. The swearing-in ceremony unfolds against the backdrop of the BJP’s recent victory, securing 240 seats while the NDA alliance garnered 292 out of 543 Lok Sabha seats. The Congress, part of the INDIA bloc, secured 99 seats, reflecting the diverse political landscape.
