Star actor Ajith Kumar stole the show in the Chepauk Stadium as he was seen attending the CSK vs SRH match on Friday night. The actor is riding high with the success of his recent release Good Bad Ugly, which went great in theatres across the world. Ajith came accompanied by son Advaik, who was sitting on his lap.

Some photographs from the match coverage, which had Ajith Kumar observing the tournament closely was posted on X (formerly Twitter). Ajith dressed smartly in a black T-shirt, and in one of the photographs, he was standing with his wife Shalini and son Advaik. Their son perched on the lap of Ajith Kumar as the entire family watched the match in earnest and behold MS Dhoni play.
A little while later, actor Sivakarthikeyan was also spotted in the same strand, sitting right next to Ajith. The two stars had a common interest, cricket, and were spotted conversing intermittently.

Ajith marked his 25 years of marriage with his wife Shalini on April 24. Shalini posted on Instagram and shared a video of their 25th wedding anniversary celebration. The two enjoyed a modest cake-cutting ceremony and were spotted feeding cake to one another in the cute video.
Ajith Kumar started dating Shalini on the set of Saran’s Amarkalam in 1999. The two married in a small wedding in April 2000 at Chennai. They had their daughter in 2008 and their son in 2015.
Ajith’s recent release was action-comedy Good Bad Ugly, which was helmed by Adhik Ravichandran and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The movie is about an ex-gangster who reverts to his violent past after his son gets wrongly convicted. The movie has Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Das, Sunil, Karthikeya Dev, Priya Prakash Varrier, Prabhu, Prasanna, Tinnu Anand and Raghu Ram in significant roles, alongside Ajith Kumar. It became the top-grossing Tamil movie of 2025 with a worldwide collection of ₹227 crore.
