Suryakumar Yadav is blazing for the Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025. On Sunday (June 1), in the 2nd qualifier match of this year’s IPL being played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Mumbai between the Mumbai Indians and the Punjab Kings, he wrote his name in the records books by becoming the first non-opener to finish with 700 runs in an IPL season.

Surya scored 44 runs from 26 balls in the second qualifier match and, during his stay at the crease, hammered four fours and three sixes.
