New Zealand Announces 2024-25 Home Cricket Schedule

Christchurch, July 17 – New Zealand has announced its 2024-25 home international cricket schedule, featuring visits from England, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.

The season kicks off with the ICC World Test Championship series against England at the end of this year, followed by white-ball series against Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

The three-match Test series against England begins in Christchurch on November 28. Next, the New Zealand men’s team will play Sri Lanka in three T20Is and three ODIs from December 28 to January 11.

In February, the BlackCaps will travel to Pakistan for a tri-series with the hosts and South Africa before starting their ICC Champions Trophy campaign. They will then return home for five T20Is and three ODIs against Pakistan from March 16 to April 5.

The New Zealand women’s team will also be busy, playing a three-match ODI series against Australia at the Cello Basin Reserve from December 19 to 23. They will later host a multi-format tour by Sri Lanka from March 4 to 18, followed by a three-match T20I series against the top-ranked Australians from March 21 to 26. Five of the women’s T20Is will be played as double-headers with the men’s T20I series against Pakistan.
