Delhi Capitals (DC) wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul joined the top 10 run-scorers list of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Thursday, replacing the current Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) captain Ajinkya Rahane and past Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik. Rahul made this chart climb during his team’s IPL 2025 match against RCB at his home stadium M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Friday. In a challenging run-chase of 164 runs during which DC was limited to 58/4, he scored a free-flowing, aggressive and 360-degree knock of 93* in 53 balls, including seven fours and three sixes. His runs were scored at the strike rate of 175.47.
