Jamshedpur FC secured a commanding 3-1 victory over FC Goa in the Indian Super League 2024-25 season. The match took place at the JRD Tata Sports Complex on Sunday. Consequently, this win elevated Jamshedpur to second place in the Indian Super League (ISL) standings with 34 points, surpassing FC Goa, who now sits at 33 points.

Remarkably, Jamshedpur head coach Khalid Jamil set a new milestone. He became the first coach to complete a league double over Manolo Marquez in a single ISL season. Previously, Jamshedpur had defeated FC Goa 2-1 on September 17, 2024.
Jamshedpur Takes Early Control
Initially, Jamshedpur took the lead in the 34th minute. Lazar Cirkovic unleashed a powerful shot into the top right corner. He swiftly gained possession near the flank, took a decisive touch, and blasted the ball past the goalkeeper.
