Indian LAN Gaming (ILG) is gearing up for the return of their popular pan-India LAN tournament, the ILG Cup. The fourth edition of the event will take place in 30 gaming cafes across 20+ cities and feature both PC and console titles in a LAN environment. Players from all over the country will have the opportunity to face off against each other in a year-long Esports Arena League and potentially make a name in the esports community.
ILG has been instrumental in building up the Indian gaming ecosystem since 2016, and this upcoming series of weekly organized esports LAN gaming events aims to continue to nurture and grow the community from the heart of the gaming ecosystem. Many past ILG participants have been propelled to the top tier of esports in India and have gone ahead to represent the country on international platforms.
The fourth season of ILG will build upon the sizable impact that the event has had on the gaming cafe culture in India by executing a year-long tournament in collaboration with premium gaming arenas across the country. Introducing the concept of dynamic prize pool for the first time in India; with an expectation for it to hit INR 3 CR. In the past, the ILG Cup was won by well-known esports teams including Global Esports, WINGS and Marcos Gaming.
