Following Portugal’s dominant win over Turkey in the ongoing UEFA EURO 2024 in Dortmund, Portugal captain and legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo expressed pride in his team. Although the five-time Ballon d’Or winner didn’t score, he played a crucial role in the final goal of the match, registering four shots and creating three chances. Ronaldo also maintained a 76 percent pass accuracy against Turkey in the group stage match.
Ronaldo took to his official social media handle to celebrate securing the top spot in the Group F points table. “In a hurry and first place guaranteed. Proud of this team, we are Portugal,” he wrote.
