Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is currently distancing himself from the Punjab Congress, has once again taken a sarcastic dig at the party. Interestingly, this time Sidhu has chosen to express his criticism indirectly by sharing a post on his social media account ‘X,’ instead of directly targeting the party. He wrote, ‘If you have talent, the world will appreciate it; characters aren’t elevated by creating controversies.’ This post comes in the wake of the turmoil in Punjab Congress rallies.

It’s worth mentioning that despite the rift with Punjab Congress, all the rallies organized by Sidhu have been successful, while internal conflicts are escalating within the party. Disputes among party members are surfacing in various districts of Punjab, such as Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib, and Amritsar.

Many Congress workers are clashing with each other, expressing grievances. Senior leaders of Punjab Congress have visited several parliamentary constituencies to engage with workers, where instances of party high-handedness have been observed.
