Mumbai: The trailer of Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan’s ‘Coolie No.1’ has received mixed reactions on YouTube. However, it is known from the trailer itself that the film is going to entertain the audience a lot. In the trailer, Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are seen in a completely new style and a full dose of dance, romance, fun, comedy and action has been put. Varun is seen imitating Govinda’s look and Mithun Chakraborty’s dialogue in the film. ‘Coolie No.1’ is going to release on Amazon Prime Video on 25 December, that is Christmas. Shikha Talsania, who played a pivotal role in the film, had an exclusive talk with The Daily Guardian and shared about her character and how she is going to impress the audience with it.
Shikha’s father and noted actor Tiku Talsania was part of the original ‘Coolie No.1’. Talking about bagging a role in the remake, she said, “I am happy to get a role which is extremely exciting and entertaining. I am a surprise package in the movie and it is a fun character.”
Reacting on behind the scenes, Shikha said, “Since it is David Dhawan’s film so environment on the set was always full of laughter and fun. I am playing the role of Sara’s sister in the film which is going to be a very special character for me. While shooting it was always easy as David sir had asked us to be relaxed and it will be clearly visible to the audience. I am looking forward to the reaction of the viewers.”
Talking about the movie watching experience changing from big screen to OTT platforms, Shikha expressed that for her size of the screen does not matter. The actress is more than happy to know that she will be able to watch her film ‘Coolie No.1’ with her family. And these days it is getting easy for everyone to watch films or web series on their mobile screen, tab or through any other source as it saves their time too.
