Shah Rukh Khan recently visited the HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai to congratulate Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh on the birth of their first child. On Thursday night, social media was abuzz with videos and pictures showing Shah Rukh’s car arriving and leaving the hospital, although he was not seen himself.
Deepika was admitted to the hospital on Saturday and gave birth to a daughter the following day. The couple confirmed the news with a post on Instagram, which read, “Welcome baby girl! 8.09.2024.” The announcement received warm wishes from many celebrities. Priyanka Chopra commented with “Congratulations” and heart emojis, while Ananya Panday wrote, “Baby girl! Congratulations.” Sara Ali Khan added, “Ranveer and DeePee..congratulations on your baby girl!!! Only joy and bliss to both of you.”
Other stars also extended their congratulations. Bipasha Basu wrote, “Durga Durga..Blessings to the little bundle of love and many, many congratulations to you, Ranveer and family.” Rajkummar Rao shared, “Heartiest congratulations. Before the birth, Deepika and Ranveer had visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple on Ganesh Chaturthi to seek blessings. They were seen smiling as they arrived at the temple.
The couple had previously shared a beautiful maternity shoot with their fans. They announced their pregnancy in February and were married on November 14, 2018, at Lake Como in Italy after dating for six years.
