Decision on electoral victory was made in coordination meeting between BJP and RSS.
In Lucknow, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), which has been responsible for managing affairs behind the scenes in elections so far, has appointed coordinators for the elections in each Lok Sabha constituency for the first time. These coordinators have been appointed in all 80 Lok Sabha constituencies. They will work together with BJP’s Lok Sabha in-charges and coordinators to manage the election campaign.

Additionally, now the RSS will handle the responsibility of mobilizing voters at every booth. Under the leadership of RSS’s joint general secretary Arun Kumar, a meeting was held on Thursday in Sultanpur and on Wednesday in Lucknow to strategize for the Lok Sabha elections. In the meeting, RSS urged all allied organizations to work together on the ground.

On Wednesday, the RSS held a meeting in Lucknow for the Awadh region. Following this, on Thursday, joint secretary Arun Kumar, along with BJP officials from the Kashi and Gorakhpur regions, convened a meeting at Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Sultanpur. The meeting was attended by UP government ministers Surya Pratap Shahi, Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, Anil Rajbhar, Daya Shankar Mishra Dayalu, and former minister Siddharth Nath Singh. The RSS has primarily tasked its workers with the responsibility of mobilizing voters.

They will work according to each booth and will distribute voter slips to incoming voters along with taking the responsibility of mobilizing voters. They will contact households for this purpose. Additionally, they will deploy two workers at each booth. They will also seek assistance from allied organizations. These coordinators will also communicate with the government and BJP about allied organizations’ support for each booth. Separate teams have been formed for each booth. According to sources, the RSS will also mobilize to persuade BJP and RSS workers who have become disgruntled and stayed home. Joint secretary Arun Kumar said that workers tend to stay at home when they feel they are not respected, but they do not deviate from the ideology. All of them should come together to form a team. Have tea with them and prepare them to help in the elections. Meetings of BJP and RSS will now be organized at the village level as well. The entire plan for this is being prepared.
