The managing directors of Reliance along with Pankaj Mohan Pawar, Sanjay Mashruwala, resigned from the company announced by the stock exchange filing.
The MD of Jio, has been the part of the company since the time of the founder Dhirubai Ambani. And he was also a part of the several projects and business initiatives. “This is to inform that Sanjay Mashruwala, Managing Director, has tendered his resignation as Director of the company, effective from June 9, 2024,”the BSE filing reported.
However, another MD Pankaj Mohan Pawar, will not continue with his designation. As further revealed by the BSE filing, Mr. Mashruwala will leave the office by 9th June 2024.
Later, the filing expressed their appreciation for Mr.Mashruwala’s contribution towards the company. “The Board placed on record its appreciation for the contributions made by Sanjay Mashruwala in the transformative journey of the company,”
This 76-year-old man was made the Managing director of Reliance Jio company in the year 2013.
