In an effort to raise awareness about dyslexia, various historical sites and government buildings across the nation, including Rashtrapati Bhawan, North and South Blocks, and others, were lit up red on Sunday night.

October is designated as International Dyslexia Awareness Month every year. ‘Go Red’ is the theme for upcoming events and advocacy efforts. The objectives of such initiatives include doing away with prejudice, increasing public knowledge, and doing away with the stigma associated with dyslexia and other learning impairments.

On Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Kartavya Path in New Delhi, the Changeinkk Foundation, UNESCO MGEIP, Orkids Foundation, and Soch Foundation co-organized a ‘Walk4Dyslexia’ as part of a nationwide awareness campaign.
