‘Srikanth’, starring Rajkummar Rao, tells the inspiring tale of entrepreneur Srikanth Bolla, the founder of Bollant Industries, where unskilled and differently-abled individuals are employed.

Ahead of its release on May 10, the film’s creators have implemented a unique provision for individuals with low vision and blindness to fully experience the movie. Through the XL Cinema app, the film will feature an audio description.

Talking about the same, Rao said, “Persons with low vision or blindness can enjoy all the visuals of the movie through audio description. To experience the accessible version of ‘Srikanth’, visit any theatre, any show time of your choice.”

Audiences can access the app through the App Store or Google Play Store. Srikanth Bolla, an Indian entrepreneur, established Bollant Industries, offering employment opportunities to unskilled and differently-abled individuals. Born with visual impairment in 1992 near Hyderabad, his journey is truly motivational.

Upon his return to India, Srikanth directed his efforts towards generating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The film, starring Rajkummar Rao, will pay tribute to his extraordinary journey. Alongside Rajkummar Rao, the movie features Jyotika and Sharad Kelkar in prominent roles.

Produced by T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production LLP, the film is helmed by director Tushar Hiranandani and scripted by Jagdeep Sidhu and Sumit Purohit.
