Railways Police busted a job racket on Wednesday and arrested five people for impersonating trainee ticket examiners.

“With the arrest of 5 persons impersonating trainee Ticket Examiners, a railway job racket having an inter-state network and ramifications has been unearthed. Many other syndicate members operating from other states are also on the radar”, Harendra K Singh, DCP Railways said.

Meanwhile, other syndicate members of the racket are also under the radar who are operating from other states.

According to the railway police, the racket had an inter-state network and ramifications.

However, under the section of IPC 419, 420, 468, and 471, the case has been registered and under the Indian Railway Act 147 and 149 sections the case has been registered at New Delhi Railway Station.
