The Magistrate Court in Pune on Tuesday granted bail to the father and grandfather of a minor involved in a kidnapping and wrongful confinement case of a family driver. The court granted bail to Vishal Agarwal, a prominent builder, and his father, both of whom were arrested at the end of May. They are accused of wrongfully confining their family driver and coercing him to take the blame for a road accident that resulted in the deaths of two tech professionals in Pune.
