During the public darbar, Commissioner Secretary Sheetal Nanda actively engaged with the local population, listening to their grievances and taking stock of their demands. The event garnered an overwhelming response from the public, with individuals and various delegations expressing their developmental issues and seeking intervention for their resolution.

Several delegations, including former BDC Chairman Barnoti, led by Brijeshwar Singh, presented memoranda outlining their specific demands.
