Chandigarh: Haryana’s Minister of Home and Health, Anil Vij, stated that previous governments installed false boards in Ambala Cantonment to deceive people, but our government, upon arrival, demonstrated its work on the ground. Now, continuous development projects have been underway in Ambala Cantonment for the past nine years. Vij was addressing as the chief guest at the Bharat Sankalp Yatra organized in B.C. Bazaar and Lal Kurti of Ambala Cantonment today. The local residents welcomed Minister Anil Vij with flower garlands at both locations.
Minister of Home and Health, Anil Vij, said whether it’s the construction of Ambala-Saharanpur Road or a new grain market, previous governments deceived the public of Ambala Cantonment by installing false hoardings and stones. However, with the arrival of the BJP government, they built a new grain market and declared Ambala-Saharanpur Road as a National Highway, turning it into a new one. He emphasized the commitment to “Our Resolve, Developed India” and mentioned that the vehicle with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guarantee is moving everywhere, bringing benefits to people through the Developed India Sankalp Yatra. Various programs held in different sectors are providing people with benefits such as pensions, Ayushman cards, gas cylinders under the Ujjwala scheme, loans, and many others.
