Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini strongly attacked Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of corruption and tarnishing the land he was born in. Saini declared that Kejriwal’s place was not in Haryana but in Tihar jail.
Saini Responds to Water Contamination Allegations
The attack came after Kejriwal accused the BJP-led Haryana government of poisoning the Yamuna water supply to Delhi with ammonia. Kejriwal later claimed that ammonia levels had decreased from 7 ppm to 2 ppm. In response, Saini posted on X, saying, “His place is not in Haryana but in Tihar jail.”
Corruption and Betrayal Claims
Saini also posted a video where he criticized Kejriwal for betraying the people of Delhi. He suggested that after February 5, Kejriwal would be sent back to Tihar jail. Kejriwal had previously been jailed for his alleged role in the Delhi excise policy scam and was released on bail.
Accusations of Lying
At a rally in Mundka’s Rani Khera area, Saini accused Kejriwal of spreading lies about the water contamination. He called Kejriwal’s actions a “shop of lies” and predicted that the people of Delhi would “lock” it up during the upcoming election. Saini also pointed out that Kejriwal was born in Haryana but had harmed the state’s reputation with his lies.
Delhi Elections Ahead
The political battle between Saini and Kejriwal heats up as Delhi approaches its February 5 elections. The results will be announced on February 8, further intensifying the rivalry.
