In quiet corners of my heart, I cherish memories untold,
Of days when laughter filled our home, and time seemed not to fold. I watched you grow from tiny hands to dreams that soared so high, And in those fleeting years, my love could only multiply.

Now as the seasons gently turn, and you have found your way, I stand amidst the quiet calm, where once the chaos lay.
No more do I mend broken toys or chase you ‹round the bend, Yet every echo of your voice still lingers like a friend.

The nest that once held all your dreams now holds a silent grace, A testament to all those years, a journey we did trace.
For in the freedom I now hold, I find a bittersweet delight, As I recall the days gone by, bathed in love›s pure light.

But though you›ve flown to distant lands, my heart will ever be, A shelter in life›s stormy seas, a haven wild and free.
For you, my child, are part of me, no matter where you roam, My love will wrap around your soul, and guide you safely home.
