At least four people lost their lives in a devastating collision between a minitruck and a coach in Pakistan’s Khairpur on Sunday. The incident happened when the coach bound for Punjab collided with the minitruck at high speed near the economic zone in Khairpur. Police officials responded, taking injured to the nearby hospitals for urgent medical care. This incident adds to a series of similar tragedies highlighting Pakistan’s complex road safety situation amidst economic challenges.

Just recently, another incident occurred in Faisalabad, where five people, including four women, were killed in a collision between a rickshaw and a car near the Jhumra flyover. Among the victims were Amjad and his family, who were on their way home when the speeding car crashed into their rickshaw, resulting in multiple fatalities and injuries. A similar incident took place when three individuals lost their lives in Hub, Balochistan, after a car carrying Iranian petrol collided with a motorcycle near Gadani Mor. The collision sparked a fire that tragically claimed the lives of those involved.
