WV Connect 2024 tech edition hits Jaipur

The Pink City is gearing up to host the third edition of WV Connect, Asia’s largest wedding summit, which is keen on advancing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Vision Wed in India’ vision.
The Tech Edition of WV Connect, scheduled from April 4 to April 6, 2024, at Ananta Spa and Resort on the Jaipur-Delhi highway, will bring together experts from the wedding sector globally to discuss the utility of new technologies in wedding celebrations in India. The three-day wedding summit will include a conference, an awards ceremony, and a fashion show.
The hosting ceremony for the upcoming edition took place at Ananta Resort Jaipur on Sunday, with the official announcement made by prominent figures including Ravi Pratap Singh, Chairman of Ravisurya Group; Preetesh Sharma, Director of Mapsoar; Siddharth Chaturvedi, CEO of Event Crafter; Sujata Bhandari, CEO of Sujata Bhandari Events; Rajneesh Rathi, CEO of Wedding Affair Magazine; Gunjan Singhal, CEO of Gunjan Singhal Designs; Gaurav Mudgal, Director of Commercial at Ananta Resort; Nandini Vijay, Director of Wedding Vows; Prashantjeet Maloo, CEO of Veena Music and Events; Devendra Shastri, CEO of SSP Events; and Yash Gandhi, Co-founder of Discovery Events.
About the upcoming edition, Nandini Vijay, Director of WWE, mentioned that WV Connect 2024 is not just a wedding summit but also a symbol of innovation, empowerment, and collaboration in the wedding sector. This year’s theme is ‘Gate Royal Tech’d,’ symbolising our commitment to positive changes and technological advancements in the wedding sector.
WV Connect 2024 Tech Edition will bring together weddings, technology, industry leaders, innovators, and trendsetters. The event will showcase everything from AI-driven services to wedding experiences in virtual reality, presenting people with the latest technologies that are revolutionizing wedding scenarios.
The 2024 WV Connect Awards, presented by Ernst & Young (EY), will stand as a pinnacle of excellence in the wedding sector, celebrating visionary individuals who have redefined weddings. Alongside this, there will be a celebration of 101 Wedding Workforce.
N. Dakshinamurthy, CEO of WV Connect, stated that the event stands as a foundation for the ‘Vision Wed in India’ campaign, giving a boost to Indian cities, with Jaipur as the central point for this season.
