The district administration in Kota has initiated measures to keep coaching students stress-free. For the first time in the state, women’s squads have been formed for girls studying in different coaching centres in Kota.
These teams will engage in discussions on various issues affecting female students, including meals, health, family matters, and others. They will also work towards finding solutions to these problems. Under the Successful Kota Campaign, five teams have been created specifically for female students. Each team comprises three female officers. Dr. Goswami mentioned that the women in these teams will also motivate the girls. Notably, around 2 lakh students come here every year for medical and engineering studies, out of which approximately 1 lakh are girls. Earlier, the Collector had recently initiated the “Dinner with Collector” campaign.
