Wearing of masks mandatory in Nanital High Court courtroom

The Nanital High Court mandates the wearing of a mask in a courtroom. Earlier on Monday, amid fears of a surge in COVID-19, the Nanital High Court issued a notification. The notification reads, “In view of the danger of the spread of COVID-19, it will be possible to enter the courtroom only by wearing a mask in the Nanital High Court.” However, all the officers, staff, lawyers and parties will be able to enter the court only by wearing a mask. The instructions were issued by Nanital High Court Chief Justice Vipin Shanghvi.
