Actor-producer Alia Bhatt marked a significant milestone in her career as she launched her inaugural book “ED Finds A Home” during the Storyverse – Children’s Lit Fest held in Mumbai. Joining her at the book launch were her mother Soni Razdan and sister Shaheen Bhatt. Alia radiated joy and charm in a sleeveless floral printed maxi dress, captivating the audience primarily comprising children with a reading session from her book. The event saw Soni Razdan, Shaheen Bhatt, and Alia herself reading excerpts from the book.

In a heartwarming moment captured on video, Alia introduced the main characters, Ed the dog and Alia the little girl with a superpower to communicate with animals. The interactive session with the children was filled with excitement as Alia encouraged them to explore their own potential superpowers, eliciting smiles and laughter.

Alia’s passion for storytelling and her connection with her furry friends extended to a playful conversation about her pets, including her cat Edward. She shared a delightful snippet of the book on Instagram, expressing her gratitude to her collaborators who helped bring the book to life. Alia’s journey into the world of children’s literature is a testament to her creativity and love for storytelling, marking a new chapter in her career.

Alia Bhatt’s venture into children’s literature follows her successful establishment of the kidswear and maternity wear brand Ed-a-Mamma in 2020, further showcasing her versatility as a storyteller and entrepreneur.
