National Science Day is celebrated in India on 28 February every year to mark in the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian Physicists C. V .Raman on 28 February 1928. On the occasion, netizens flooded twitter with wishes. Sir C. V. Raman was awarded Nobel Prize in Physics for the discovery.
