TRINAMOOL CONGRESS PLANNING TO LAUNCH SCATHING ATTACKS ON PM MODI

During the Assembly elections campaign, Narendra Modi used to address Mamata Banerjee as “Didi, O Didi”. Trinamool Congress leader Mamata criticized PM for using such ‘mocking’ remarks. Mamata Banerjee said several times that Narendra Modi intended to mock her with these words.

Criticising the Prime Minister for his ‘scornful’ remarks, Banerjee said in various addresses, “The way he is cracking a joke, it looks like he is a young man making passes at a woman of the locality. This is below standard. I know many things about you – Modi and Shah. But I have the dignity not to stoop so low,” she said.

“I am forced to say that someone who did not give due recognition to the women in his life can crack such jokes,” she added.

During a rally speech for about 25-30 minutes, including this one at Barasat, Modi was seen using ‘Didi o didi’ at least half a dozen times. He also, on occasions, added ‘adarniya Didi’ which means ‘respected Didi’. The Prime Minister also said that he had received videos of children’s version of ‘Didi O Didi’ on WhatsApp.

In a counter, Trinamool MPs will raise ‘Modi o Modi’ slogans in Parliament, sources said.

According to sources, Trinamool MPs will raise ‘Modi o Modi’ slogans in a sarcastic tone as soon as they see the Prime Minister entering the Parliament

In the words of a Trinamool leader, “Even if we raise this slogan for the Prime Minister, the BJP will not be able to accuse us of defamation. We will not say ‘Narendra Modi’. We will say Modi, and Modi can be Nirab Modi, it can be Lalit Modi. But through this slogan, he (Narendra Modi) will know the purpose of it. “

This is not the end. Trinamool will be vocal in Parliament on multiple issues including petrol, diesel price hike, agriculture bill, the role of Governor in West Bengal.

Trinamool leadership wants to take the July 21 program to the national level. According to Trinamool sources, the July 21 program will be held in Delhi this time as well. Trinamool Martyrs’ Day will be celebrated outside the party’s party office at South Avenue. All party MPs from Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will be present there. It is learned that Mamata Banerjee’s speech may be heard on a giant screen in the heart of Delhi. The real goal is to get Mamata’s message to Delhi with the 2024 elections in mind. Moreover, Trinamool sources said that July 21 will be celebrated not only in Delhi but also in several other states.
