Imran Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former prime minister of Pakistan was put on hold by the Lahore High Court on Wednesday till 10 am at Zaman Park, according to Dawn.
This development follows a day-long escalation outside the home of former prime minister Imran between PTI supporters and law enforcement. Police units that had been encircling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s house in Zaman Park for the past two days to arrest him have begun to back off.
