SUCCESSFUL INAUGURAL DAY FOR VIKSIT BHARAT SANKALP YATRA

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra commenced its journey with overwhelming public participation on the first day, marking a significant success. The Yatra reached Government Multi-Specialty Hospital, Sector 16, and later visited ISBT Sector-43, drawing a substantial crowd.
The citizens actively engaged with the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra IEC Vans, participating enthusiastically in the organized activities. Notably, around 683 citizens benefitted from various government schemes showcased during the event.
The Yatra aims to create awareness about the Central government’s welfare schemes and policies, with a goal of achieving 100% saturation of flagship government programs. In alignment with this mission, the campaign was inaugurated by the Governor of Punjab and Administrator U.T, Chandigarh, on November 28th at the U.T Secretariat.
Moreover, the Yatra serves as a crucial platform for citizens to directly interact with government officials, gaining insights into the implementation of schemes and providing valuable feedback. This two-way communication fosters transparency and strengthens the bond between the government and the public, ultimately contributing to the success of the welfare initiatives.
