Shastri Park Murder Case: Delhi Police Arrest Three Accused Involved

Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Delhi’s Shastri Park area, as confirmed by the police.

The victim, identified as Jouhar Abbas, a 25-year-old cab driver, was fatally stabbed on May 30 in Shastri Park. Notably, there was no known rivalry involving the victim.

The arrested suspects have been named as Akash alias Moossi, Yogesh alias Bunty, and Rohit.

Police received information on May 30 about an attack near Wahid Masjid, Shastri Park, where the victim was assaulted with a blade. He sustained severe injuries and was rushed to GTB Hospital, where he succumbed to his wounds. A case under Section 302 of the IPC was filed.

A specialized team was formed to investigate the incident, leading to the apprehension of all three accused from H Block, Gokulpuri, on June 11.
