SC seeks report from all High Courts regarding security

The Supreme Court is strict on firing and attacks in court premises. Action taken report sought from all high courts regarding security. Report sought will be presented before court till October 10. The Supreme Court has also issued guidelines for the security of court premises. Justice Suryakant and Justice Dipankar Dutta has taken important step of the bench. Court said that they will not settle the matter. The matter will be heard on the next date of the case, October 12.
