SC dismisses additional pleas in Delhi pollution matter

Supreme Court has refused to hear the petitions in the matter of deteriorating condition of the state due to the pollution level. The top court said that there are already petitions pending in this matter and that there is no need of the new petitions and intervention application can be filed in the pending petitions.The petition in the apex court has been filed by Advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha in which central government, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and UP governments have been deemed as parties.
