The Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) announced that they will hold a protest in Jaipur on September 14, in order to reinstate the student union elections that were cancelled by the state government and to address the problems of the youth.
The RLP supremo Hanuman Beniwal arrived in Kota on Tuesday and held a rally here before addressing a meeting. He said that the state government is trying to crush the rights of students by cancelling student union elections, which will not be tolerated. He claimed that his party was raising a voice for students’ rights throughout Rajasthan. The party will continue to fight for students’ rights.
He stated, “BJP has not said a word about cancelling student union elections. This is a conspiracy by both parties to crush the youth.”
Beniwal also commented on the issue of coaching students committing suicide in Kota and said that no action has been taken against the coaching centres that are not teaching students but are only there for greed.
