Sarpanches seek clarity on e-tendering
Panchkula: Sarpanches present in the meeting raised questions on e-tendering and said that e-tendering is done for development work in the village but the contractor who gets the work does not start the work on time. Due to which the image of Sarpanches in the village is getting tarnished.
