Pune district court, on Friday, granted bail to the father of the accused in the Pune Porsche crash case Vishal Agarwal. He was booked under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. His advocate, Prashant Patil, has ascertained that his victim shall continue to cooperate with the investigation agency.
