PM Modi’s mother’s last rites to be performed at Sector 30 crematorium

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben’s last rites will be held at the cremation ground of Sector 30, only close people will be involved. Earlier in the morning, PM Modi’s mother passed away.

Taking to Twitter PM Modi informed about her demise and said, “A glorious century rests at the feet of God… In Maa, I have always felt that trinity, which contains the journey of an ascetic, the symbol of a selfless Karmayogi and a life committed to values.”

Meanwhile, PM Modi has arrived at Ahmedabad.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben Modi who was admitted to a hospital on Wednesday health was recovering on Thursday.

“PM Modi’s mother Heeraben Modi’s health condition is recovering,” the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre said in a statement.

Earlier on Wednesday Heeraben who was 100 years old had a health problem in the morning and was admitted to the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre in Ahmedabad.

After which, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre in Ahmedabad to meet his mother.
