The terror of Pitbull dogs is escalating in Punjab. Every day, there are reports of people being injured by Pitbull dogs. A recent incident has occurred in Kidwai Nagar, Ludhiana, where a Pitbull attacked a woman passing through the street. During this attack, the woman sustained severe injuries. The woman is identified as Ritu. It is reported that the entire area is in a state of panic due to the Pitbull’s attack.
As per available information, the dog held the woman’s arm in its jaws for nearly 15 minutes. Not only that, but the dog attacked the woman at 12 different places, including her legs and arms. The injured woman stated that she was returning home from the bank. Around 1 PM while passing through the street, a Pitbull from a nearby house attacked her. Upon hearing her screams, residents rushed to the scene and attempted to rescue her. Despite trying to fend off the Pitbull with sticks, it locked the woman’s arm in its jaws and threw her to the ground.
The owner of this Pitbull, Kapil, mentioned that today when his father opened the door, the dog suddenly attacked the woman. He stated that they were unaware that their Pitbull had become so aggressive, despite being only 16 months old. He mentioned that the dog has received all its injections, and after this incident, they will release it.”
