Ola Electric is prepared to make some significant announcements on August 15, the nation’s 75th Independence Day. While Ola Electric’s CEO Bhavish Aggarwal recently announced on Twitter that the EV manufacturer will unveil its first electric four-wheeler tomorrow, another tweet by a top official has confirmed that the company will also make two other announcements tomorrow regarding its new EV battery and a new electric scooter.
This essentially clarifies the other two new products that the company is expected to discuss on August 15, along with the introduction of its first electric four-wheeler.
The 15th of August has emerged as a crucial day for Ola Electric. On the same day a year ago, the EV manufacturer introduced its first electric scooter to the Indian market. The EV manufacturer now only sells the S1 Pro electric scooter, despite having both the S1 and S1 Pro models on display.
A major accomplishment for the nation’s electric vehicle market as well as another feather in the company’s cap will be the introduction of its first electric four-wheeler. The next electric four-wheeler, which the business has been teasing for a while, is anticipated to go on sale in 2023. This important statement was first made by Aggarwal in June during the Ola Futurefactory’s customer day.
According to teasers, the Ola Electric four-wheeler has a red tint, sleek LED DRLs, and the “Ola” emblem is featured on both the front and rear of the vehicle.
