Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik launches ‘Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0’

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched “Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0” to promote entrepreneurship among youth on Friday.

It aims to promote entrepreneurship among women, scouting grassroots and youth. Over 100 educational institutions will be covered in this yatra in 30 districts for 60 days.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Patnaik stated this event will provide exposure to young entrepreneurs and will also instill a culture of ideas among youth.

“The state has a mission of 5000 startups by 2025 and Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0 will be pivotal in bringing innovative ideas to the forefront,” CM Patnaik said.

Moreover, the state has 1300 recognized Startups and generated 10,000 employments in the state. 40 percent of women are leading this entrepreneurship.

At various organizations, bootcamps will be organized during this yatra across the state to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship.

However, Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0 campaigns and boot camps are started to identify new ideas among youth across the state.
