Nirav Modi To Be Extradited To India, UK court orders

In the fraud and money laundering charges United Kingdom High court gave a shocking judgment on Nirav Modi on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the UK Court has ordered that Nirav Nodi will be extradited to India.

Moreover, in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case Nirav Modi is accused. Modi is the accused in the 13,000 crore scam.

However, in the CBI case, two additional charges have been added, “causing the disappearance of evidence” and intimidating witness or “criminal intimidation of cause death”.
