Taking the line ‘Want To Watch Movie, Grab a Popcorn’ seriously, streaming OTT giant Netflix unveiled its own popcorn brand.
The streaming giant is now collaborating with Popcorn brand Indiana to make this cinema favourite snacks. From June 20, 2024, popcorns with Netflix Now Popping written on it, were unveiled.
Moreover, it consists of mouth-watering delicious flavours like ‘Cult Classic Cheddar Kettle Corn’ and ‘Swoonworthy Cinnamon Kettle Corn.’
As per the premium streaming giant, ‘This new line of Netflix popcorn promises a snack experience tailored to every viewer’s taste.’
Already this brand has been launched in US. Where Netlix’s 8-ounce popcorn bag stands at $4.49
This brand is already being sold in country’s Walmart stores. But Netflix venturing into a food business isn’t a random coincidence. This ready to eat food brand, has been unveiled as a part of OTT’s summer campaign, where various reality tv shows and rom com are on the pipeline like Too Hot to Handle, Barbecue Showdown and Nicole Kidman Starrer A Family Affair etc.
But this isn’t first time, that Netflix is venturing into food sector. Earlier too, the streaming company collaborated with Ben & Jerry company for the launch of ‘Netflix & Chilll’d ice cream. The company has already launched witch-themed popcorn bowl.
